Fissler cookware is safe to clean in the dishwasher. Nevertheless, we recommend cleaning by hand.
Fissler stainless steel cookware is suitable for use in the oven up to 450°F. Pots or pans with plastic handles are not suitable for use in the oven. Glass lids are suitable for oven use up to a temperature of 360°F.
With a cookware set, you get several pot shapes and sizes. The 8-piece Fissler cookware set shown here consist of three stock pots (2.2, 4.2, and 6.7-quart), saucepan (1.5-quart) and fry pan (9.5-inches). But we also offer many other set compositions.

Pots come in different shapes and sizes. Decisive for the choice is the size of the portions and the type of preparation. Pots come in sizes of 3.2 qt, 5.3 qt, 10.6 qt, 15.9 qt and as large capacity pots.
